The placement test will help you to determine your knowledge of proper language usage and listening comprehension.
If you score 20% or below on a test it is recommended that you take a course at Elementary level. If your score is 21% - 40% it is recommended that you enroll in Intermediate Spanish. To enroll in Español Avanzado, or in any of the Specific courses for the Professions, you should be proficient in grammar and fluent to some degree, therefore your Spanish Level score should be a minimum of 41 %.
You should plan to be online for about 40 minutes while taking this assessment.

Only your first submission will be accepted for placement purposes, unless the reason you are re-submitting is due to Internet connectivity problems.
The goal is not a perfect score, but to determine your placement in the class that suits you better.
